Did Not Receive Product
Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 4 weeks from your order confirmation email. After 4 weeks, your order will be marked as closed and we are unable to process any refunds during that time.
Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to “no recipient at time of delivery” or “wrong address entered on the order”.
Incorrect or Damage Item
Incorrect items or items which have been received damaged or contain defects may be refunded within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please take photos of the damaged / defected area and send them to: [email protected] Our returns department will inspect all item(s)/ photo(s), and we will issue you a full refund for any faulty or incorrect item(s) after verification by our team.
