We want you to be completely in love with your order. If for any reason you want to return it, we will offer you a refund for the value of the item(s) you are returning.
Merchandise purchased from Bohemian Outsider and Ezza Fashion are applicable for exchange or refund:
- We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- If you choose to be refunded in Bohemian Outsider Online Credit, you will receive an additional $5 in Bohemian Outsider Online Credit once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns or orders that any online credit was applied to. Limited to one bonus credit per order.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- All Sale items are final, no return. Exchanges due to size and fit are allowed within 30 days of receiving order.
- Face Mask, Face Covering, Filters, and Under Garments cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange or return the item via mail, please do the following:

Did Not Receive Product
Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 4 weeks from your order confirmation email. After 60 days, your order will be marked as closed and we are unable to process any refunds during that time.
Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to “no recipient at time of delivery” or “wrong address entered on the order”.
Incorrect or Damage Item
Incorrect items or items which have been received damaged or contain defects may be refunded within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please take photos of the damaged / defected area and send them to: [email protected] Our returns department will inspect all item(s)/ photo(s), and we will issue you a full refund for any faulty or incorrect item(s) after verification by our team.
