Confirmation


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please submit a ticket within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Please note that some orders may be shipped in separate packages (we will notify you before we ship your products).  Orders will not incur shipping charges if items are shipped separately.

All products go thru our quality checks before distribution.  They  will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock (due to that day’s demand) we will contact you via email. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience.

Delivery

You tracking number and the delivery company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it in user account on Bohemian Outsider. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review and points rewarded that can be used toward purchase.

Please contact us within 30 days if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.


RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

  • We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
